Add the nut_bottom
 Add the child model nut_bottom
Add the nut_thread
Move the 3D Cursor  up
Add the child model nut_thread
Move  the nut_thread into position
Copy the nut_thread
Copy and move the nut_thread up as illustrated...
Add the nut_top
Move the 3D Cursor up
Add the child model nut_top
Move the nut_top into position
Draw the sides
Draw  new points  and triangles 
for the sides of the nut as illustrated...
Press Save to save the model
