Add the child model
 Add the child model wheel_section
Rotate the view as illustrated
Copy and rotate
Copy (hold SHIFT key) and rotate  the child model wheel_section
using  180 degrees as illustrated
Press Save and name this model wheel in the folder you
created for this project (create a new folder for this project if necessary)
