Start 3D Model Builder (Geometry Pack)

Click on and Project OpenOrganicsDog

Draw the lines

Draw the lines for one side as illustrated...

Move the legs

Move the legs out to give the dog some shape

Angle (rotate) the legs back in so they are not straight up and down

Copy the legs

Copy and move the leg lines to create the inside of the legs

Re-shape and add lines

Draw more lines and re-shape the body as illustrated

Draw the triangles

When you are happy with the form start drawing triangles starting with the legs

Draw the triangles

Draw the triangles for the body as illustrated

Copy the head

Copy and move the lines for the head to give it thickness

Re-shape the head

Move the points around to re-shape the head and nose

Add points and lines for the dogs mouth and tongue

Draw the triangles up the neck and mouth first, then the tongue as illustrated

Draw the head

Draw the triangles for the neck and head as illustrated

Draw the ear

Draw the triangles for the ear and top of the head as illustrated

Draw the eye

Add points and lines for the eye

Draw the triangles for the eye as illustrated

Mirror the dog

Press the mirror button to automatically mirror the dog

Press the lighting button to show smooth lighting

The dog now appears to be nice and smooth!

Press Save to save the model
