Pick the points  as illustrated and move the cursor to  80
Copy and rotate
Copy and rotate the arch points by  (15) each up to 90 degrees

Stretch the arch
Stretch (scale)  the points for the arch in the
 direction to re-shape it
Stretch the arch
Stretch (scale) the points for the arch in the

Stretch the arch
Push (move)  the points near the top in the
direction to finish the arch shape
Draw the triangles
Draw  the triangles  to finish the arch
Press Save to save the model
