Add the child model

Add the child model wheel_section

Rotate the view as illustrated

Select the model

Select the child model

Rotate the wheel section

Rotate the child model wheel_section using 90 degrees as illustrated

Change the view

Rotate the view as illustrated

Copy and rotate

Copy (hold CONTROL key) and rotate child model wheel_section using 90 degrees as illustrated

Complete the wheel

Repeat the copy (hold CONTROL key) and rotate child model wheel_section using 90 degrees to complete the wheel

Select all

Select all of the child models (you can use right mouse button option Select all or pick each model while holding the SHIFT key)

Move the wheel up

Move the child models up to 30 so the wheel is on the "ground"

Press Save to save the model
